Missing Dallas Man John Steven Starks Found Safe
The search for Mr. John Steven Starks, who was reported missing yesterday, has ended as the Dallas Police Department confirmed that he has been located and is safe. The initial alert was issued after Mr. Starks, a 62-year-old white male, was last seen around 1:30 pm on Webb Chapel Road. Concerns were raised due to Mr. Starks's possible confusion and the need for assistance.
