WFCN – On July 21, mass retailer Target Corp. will launch three new locations in California, Missouri, and Pennsylvania, expanding its network of over 2,000 stores. Target plans to open a shop in Lomita, California. This will be the company’s 318th outlet in California and its 127th in the Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Anaheim area. The Lomita store, which will employ about 70 people, is about 33,000 square feet and is located at 2130 Pacific Coast Highway. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.

The Bucks County Department of Health (BCDH) is proposing to conduct a spray and larviciding treatments on Monday August 14, 2023. We will be conducting adult ULV truck mounted treatments in Newtown, Northampton, and Wrightstown Townships due to the presence of West Nile Virus observed in mosquitoes from within these specified areas. The areas of the proposed spray mostly incorporate Tyler State Park and Wrightstown Fairgrounds. The spray will begin at approximately 8PM.
