Montrose receives DOLA funds to help with housing
MONTROSE, Colo. (KREX) – Montrose received two affordable rental awards to help the city have more places for folks to live. Rendezvous and Sunshine Peak Apartments both received funds from the Department of Local Affairs, through the Division of Housing’s State Housing Board. Montrose’s Rendezvous received $4.6 million which will add 52 rental units for seniors while Sunshine Peaks got $2.4 million which will go toward 48 rental units.
