EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Showers and storms become more scattered to widespread Sunday morning. The main hazards will be lightning and heavy rainfall, which may lead to some localized areas of flash flooding. The initial batch of showers and storms will clear out by the late afternoon hours. Then, showers/storms become more scattered to isolated into the evening before dissipating overnight. Highs on Sunday will be cooler than previous days, only reaching the lower 80s. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 60s to lower 70s.
