Baptist Health Paducah Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Nicole Snow said it's important to get kids on a bedtime schedule. For elementary school children, Snow recommends going to bed between 8 and 9 p.m. When it comes to older kids, that time is more flexible.

Fort Campbell soldier charged with selling secrets to China plans to plead guilty
Korbein Schultz, the Fort Campbell sergeant accused of selling U.S. military secrets to China, has decided to plead guilty, a newly filed court document shows. Schultz' attorney, federal public defender Mary Kathryn Harcombe, filed a motion Friday morning to set a hearing for him to change his plea, writing that Schultz "has decided to change his plea of not guilty to a plea of guilty pursuant to an agreement with the government." ...

Mosquitoes with West Nile virus found in 3 more Louisville zip codes, including downtown
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Mosquitoes carrying the West Nile virus have now been found in six Louisville zip codes this year. The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness said in a news release Friday that the mosquitoes were found in the 40202, 40212 and 40215 zip codes. As a result, fogging will take place this week in downtown Louisville, the Portland neighborhood and the area around Churchill Downs.

The main hazards with any showers or storms that develop will be heavy rain and lightning. An upper-level disturbance drifting in from the west will continue to bring the chance for some isolated showers or storms overnight tonight. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 60s and lower 70s. Some areas of fog will be possible.
