A Winfield Kansas man was taken into custody following a high speed chase throughout Osage County. Tanner Lowe was arrested and taken to the Osage County Jail on Friday after it is alleged that Lowe attempted to elude police along State Highway 99. Kansas officials had alerted the Osage County Sheriff’s Office of a stolen license plate on his vehicle and deputies made an attempt to stop Lowe.
