Car tow fees resume in Baltimore

14-year-old dies in double shooting at Mondawmin Metro Station
BALTIMORE - A double shooting at the Mondawmin Metro Station in West Baltimore left a teen dead, and another person injured according to police.Two people were found at the metro station at the 2300 block of Liberty Heights Avenue with gunshot wounds. Both individuals were hospitalized. Police said Jasper Davis, 14, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
