MIDDLESBORO, Ky. — UPDATE (9:30 p.m.): The Bell County Sheriff's Department said David Niece was found safe on June 26. Authorities said Wednesday they were searching for a missing 53-year-old man from Middlesboro, Kentucky. The Bell County Sheriff's Department said David Niece was last seen on June 18 and said he was diagnosed with a medical condition that requires he have a guardian.
