HOUSTON, Texas – Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Houston Police Department (HPD) for 68-year-old Leeo Gistand. Gistand was last seen on July 20, 2024, at 4 p.m., on foot in the 1700 block of Gessner Road, Houston, Texas. He was wearing a red and black baseball cap, a black tank top, light blue jeans, glasses, and walking with a cane.
