"It will shrink those up, and so your nose looks smaller." She went on to say that your nose doesn't grow as you age, unless you have a condition like rhinophyma that causes the nose to become bumpy, bulging, and enlarge. Your nose grows with your body," Dr. Lee said. "It won't grow smaller naturally. It actually starts to droop downwards and starts to get a little bit bigger and droopy, just like everything else on our bodies."
