DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — An investigation into unemployment assistance frauded netted the arrests of nine people in Palm Beach County. Back in Dec. 2020, members of the Delray Beach Police Department, in partnership with the Office of Statewide Prosecution, initiated a CARES Act fraud investigation into multiple documented gang members and associates. Are you kidding me! They couldn’t throw one white person in there, for appearance sake, if nothing else. It’s not like white people don’t commit fraud. I’m white and I know there are plenty of white fraudsters. The largest Delray Beach racial/ethnic groups are White (56.4%) followed by Black (28.9%) and Hispanic (10.4%). And all the arrest are black Americans. This just looks bad.

Riviera man, 28, killed in 2-vehicle crash near Pahokee

A car crash early Saturday morning in the Glades left one man dead and another seriously injured, police say.
