Mustangs sweep Leafs in weekend opening match
BELLEVUE, Neb. – Morningside started off its second weekend of the season on a solid note, sweeping Goshen 25-13, 25-13, and 25-16 at the GoSarpy.com Volleyball Classic. The Mustangs (4-1) hit .341 during the match, and collected 41 team kills. Sydney Marlow led Morningside with 13 kills, as she hit .385. Claire Wilson and Emerson Smith each had seven, while Adelyn Harris collected six. Wilson also had 3.0 total blocks.
