According to a recent permit filing, Jocovine has filed for a Bellevue location at 10237 Main Street.

A representative of Jocovine was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

According to an article from 425 Business, Jocovine will open sometime this summer. “Longtime Bellevue restaurateur Adrian Lopez, who operates Adrian’s Restaurant & Tequila Bar on Main Street in Old Bellevue, is planning to open another restaurant steps away that will include an event venue for small private groups or larger ones exceeding 100 people.”

“…the 3,600-square-foot restaurant and event space will feature international cuisine with European bistro styling different than the Mexican fare and motif Lopez offers at Adrian’s, just a half-block away on Main. Jocovine will be in the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty building, occupying the front retail space and connected to the building’s existing event space in the rear.”

Another article from Downtown Bellevue Network states, “Drawing from his diverse background in the restaurant industry, Lopez envisions Jocovine as a refreshing departure from the Mexican cuisine of Adrian’s.”

“Describing it as a bistro with a twist, he promises a culinary journey encompassing a variety of flavors, from hearty pastas to delectable sandwiches and salads. Jocovine will fill a gap in Bellevue’s dining scene by offering breakfast daily.”

“However, it’s not just about the food at Jocovine. Lopez strives to redefine Bellevue’s wine culture with an ambitious wine concept. Customers can expect personalized wine lockers, where enthusiasts can store their favorite bottles, complete with engraved nameplates. Additionally, the restaurant plans to host wine dinners.”
