XHZ Hot Pot Will Head to Bellevue

According to a recent permit filing, XHZ Hot Pot has filed for a Bellevue location at 13433 NE 20th Street Suite G.

A representative of XHZ Hot Pot was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, XHZ Hot Pot was filed for under Dynasty Tang LLC.

Washington Company Search states that Dynasty Tang LLC was incorporated back in 2017. Listed on the business and permit filing is Yonghang Xu.

According to Loop Net , the space that XHZ Hot Pot has filed for is a part of Columbia Plaza. The building is defined as a “strip center” built in 1978 with approximately 22,200 square feet of space. Suite G is listed to have 2,500 square feet of space.

“Columbia Plaza is located in the heart of the Bel-Red Corridor on NE 20th Street. It is situated between major freeway exits and popular cities of Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond, home to big tech company campuses such as Microsoft, Google, and Facebook.”
