Chili Master Aims to Open in Bellevue At the Columbia Plaza

According to a recent permit filing, Chili Master has filed for a location in Bellevue at 13433 NE 20th Street Suite A.

A representative of Chili Master was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Chili Master plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Chili Master was filed for under Spicy Pepper LLC.

Washington Company Search states that Spicy Pepper LLC was incorporated on September 18th, 2023. Listed on the permit and business filing is Yonghang “Yong” Xu.

Yong, according to the search, is listed to be behind multiple LLCs. Some of those LLCs are Sizzle and Crunch 3 LLC and Szechuan Factory LLC, alongside Spicy Pepper LLC. Sizzle and Crunch’s website states that, “You can expect a fast-casual experience where the food is served “line style.”

For the property itself, according to Loop Net , Chili Master’s address would be a part of Bellevue’s Columbia Plaza. The property was built in 1978 and has approximately 22,000 square feet of space.

“Columbia Plaza is located in the heart of the Bel-Red Corridor on NE 20th Street. It is situated between major freeway exits and popular cities of Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond, home to big tech company campuses such as Microsoft, Google, and Facebook.”
