    Chick-fil-A planned in Bellingham, Pre-Application applied

    BELLINGHAM, Washington. A Pre-Application has been filed by Applicant STEVE SCHWARTZ, CHICK-FIL-A, INC to construct a new 5,028 square-foot Chick-fil-A restaurant at 4030 CORDATA PARKWAY in Bellingham.

    The location has been vacant for many years and is owned by Bellis Fair Mall Territories, the 4030 Cordata is an empty lot that is adjacent to a road between Bellis Fair Mall and Bakerview.

    The proposal includes a restaurant with a two-lane drive thru, 74 interior seats and 48 exterior seats.

    This Chick-fil-a location would be the northern-most location in Washington state, and will see success as the Bellingham Metro area has over 230,000 in Population, and this will be the closest Chick-fil-A location to the Vancouver BC Metro Area, which has a Population of 2,657,000.

    The Pre-Application was submitted on May 12, 2023, and a meeting is scheduled for Tuesday May 30, 2023 at 10:00 am.
