LYNDEN, WA - Marta's Grab-n-Go has officially opened inside the Lynden ARCO at 8247 Guide Meridian Road as of Monday, July 8. This new Marta's Cocina location offers a range of favorites, including street tacos, tamales, burritos, tostadas, and more, all available para llevar (to go).

Operating from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., Marta's Grab-n-Go adds to the vibrant selection of Latino quick-serve options in Lynden. The town is already home to popular Latin quick serve spots like Mi Pueblito, Bordertown Mexican Grill, and A Que Tacos.

In addition to the new Grab-n-Go location, Marta's Cocina continues to serve customers at its main restaurant at 1710 Front Street, Lynden, WA. The new express concept aims to provide the same quality and taste in a convenient, fast-service format, much like El Ranchito’s taco truck Mi Pueblito though Marta's concept is a bit different as its already prepared food.

This express location will greatly benefit from the constant foot traffic, as the Lynden ARCO is open 24/7 and attracts people stopping for gas throughout the day.
