Serious Car Accident on Birch Bay Lynden Road

LYNDEN, WA – A Serious car accident has occurred at the 680 block of Birch Bay Lynden Road, near Faith Community Church. The silver vehicle involved has sustained extensive damage, and it appears that a car may have collided with a flatbed truck. Initial images obtainedy Bellingham Metro News suggest that the damaged vehicle is from out of state, as indicated by its license plates.

Emergency services, including units A75, B76, E69, and M75, are on the scene. The initial call came in at 7:00 p.m. The flatbed truck involved appears to have been transporting berries.

The public is being urged to avoid the targeted area to allow first responders to manage the situation effectively. Due to the graphic nature of the incident, the images are too distressing to share and we have made the decision to refrain from sharing them in respect to the drivers and their families.
