    Hit-and-Run Collision Under Investigation near Arlington in Snohomish County

    ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON - Authorities are investigating a hit-and-run collision that occurred on the night of August 12, 2024, near Arlington in Snohomish County, involving three vehicles. The incident took place at approximately 10:41 PM on the southbound I-5 exit ramp to eastbound SR530.

    According to reports, a vehicle traveling southbound on the I-5 exit ramp struck the rear of another vehicle that was stopped at a traffic light on the ramp. The impact pushed the second vehicle into a third vehicle, also stopped at the light. Both the second and third vehicles came to a stop in the first lane of the ramp.

    The vehicle responsible for the collision fled the scene and was last seen heading eastbound on SR530. At this time, the identity of the driver remains unknown, and the cause of the incident is still under investigation.

    The collision involved a total of three vehicles: two cars and one motorcycle. One individual sustained injuries and was transported to Cascade Valley Hospital. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported, and the drivers of the other two vehicles were not seriously injured.

    It is currently unknown if drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision. Washington State Patrol are urging anyone with information about the incident or the whereabouts of the vehicle involved to come forward as the investigation continues.

    this is some of the worst reporting on the Internet. where was the accident and what kinda vehicle are they looking for? just basic stuff.
