LYNDEN, WASHINGTON – Lynden's Future Farmers of America (FFA) program is asking for the community's assistance after a John Deere 870 tractor was stolen from their corn maze site. The theft, which occurred last night, has been described as a significant loss for the school’s agriculture program.

The tractor, which is used to cut the corn maze and maintain the school barn, plays a crucial role in the upkeep of FFA activities. Without it, the program faces challenges in continuing its operations, as there are no funds available to replace the equipment.

Julie M, along with several members of the community, has posted alerts on social media to raise awareness. She emphasizes the importance of the tractor to the program and urges anyone with information to contact the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office.

If you have any details about the stolen tractor, please reach out to the Whatcom County non-emergency line at 360-676-6911.

The Lynden FFA program plays a critical role in agricultural education for local students, and this theft could impact its ongoing success. Community members are encouraged to stay vigilant and report any sightings or information.
