There are many stories behind the naming of Sancho Pistola’s, a restaurant-bar in the Fishtown District that infuses Mexican food with other cuisines like American and Asian dishes. Owner Casey Parker shared one while mentioning the artwork, created by his wife, hanging on the walls showing the Sancho Panza, the sidekick character from the classic novel Don Quixote.
Wanted: Suspect for Robbery/Shooting Incident in the 24th District [VIDEO]
The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspect depicted in the following video. On July 12th, 2024, a 31-year-old male was robbed at gun point while inside a convenience store on the 3100 block of Kensington Avenue. The victim confronted the suspect outside and was shot one time in the neck. The victim is currently listed in critical condition. The suspect was last seen fleeing the area on a blue and silver Trek” mountain bike.
