Oblong Boys and Girls Golf Teams Split Matches with Edwards County
(Oblong) — The Oblong Boys and Girls Golf Teams played in a dual meet last night against Edwards County at Oak Glen. Head Coach, Phil Blank, says the girls won their match with a team score of 223 against Edwards County’s 242. Oblong’s Emily Rachoy was low medalist carding a 47. Daylen Beckes and Makenzie McDaniel both shot 58. Blank says the boys fell short in their match shooting a 167 against Edwards County’s 160. Riley Blank shot a 38, Carson Musgrave had a 39, and Brody Beabout had a 44. They will be back in action today for a match at Oak Glen.
