BELMAR, NJ - On Wednesday, July 24th, from 7:00 to 8:15 pm, Belmar Arts Council (BAC) invites you to immerse yourself in a transformative experience at the "Healthy Frequencies Sound-Bath+" session. Led by the experienced musician and holistic health advocate, Dave Gatenby, this unique workshop promises to envelop participants in the soothing vibrations of ancient healthy frequencies, offering profound benefits for mind, body, and spirit.

In this Sound-Bath “plus” session, attendees will be treated to a carefully curated selection of healthy frequencies, enhanced by relaxing sounds and music. Gatenby, an accomplished audiophile and musical instruments collector, will utilize a variety of sound-producing methods, including live instruments and CD recordings, to create an immersive and therapeutic environment.
