Reckless Driver Crashes Car Into Mississippi
A Platteville man faces a number of charges after he crashed his vehicle and it rolled into Mississippi River at O’Leary Lake Park. The Grant County Sheriff says around 7:30 Tuesday night a deputy on patrol was told by a witness to the crash that he saw a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed lose control on Eagle Point Road and roll into the river.

AJ Dillon and Wife Launch Foundation to Combat Hunger in Northeast Wisconsin
LITTLE CHUTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — AJ Dillon, and his wife Gabrielle, launched ‘The Dillon Family Foundation’ to tackle hunger in our area. The couple partnered with Feeding America in order to help as many people as possible. The foundation kicked off Thursday afternoon, packing 375 meals to be delivered to families across northeast Wisconsin.

Former Wisconsin starting quarterback selected in 2024 UFL college draft
Former Wisconsin quarterback Tanner Mordecai was selected by the D.C. Defenders in the ninth round of the 2024 UFL college draft on Wednesday. After going undrafted in the 2024 NFL Draft, Mordecai signed with the San Francisco 49ers as a free agent on April 27. Due to his status as an undrafted prospect, the Waco, Texas native was eligible for this year’s UFL draft.
