BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) – Bend Police asked the public for help Thursday in finding a missing and endangered 17-year-old who left her southeast Bend home Wednesday night and by late afternoon reported she had been found.

Ashlynn Marie Martin "was located at approximately 3:43 p.m. and is no longer considered missing and endangered," Police Communications Manager Sheila Miller said in an update.

"Thank you to Deschutes County Sheriff's Office, Oregon State Police, and Black Butte Police Department for their assistance in this case," she added.

Martin reportedly left home between 7 p.m. and midnight, Miller said earlier. She could not provide more details, other than to say that police were "concerned for her safety.”

Police released two photos of Martin and two of the SUV.
