The Oregon Department of Forestry is trying to learn the identity of two young men who were caught on camera climbing a camera tower at Three Creeks Butte, west of Bend. The Oregon Department of Forestry posted photos taken at about 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14. While one of the men's faces is visible, the most the camera was able to get of the other man was his torso.
