On Saturday, The TinCaps fell to the Great Lakes Loons, 7-4 in Game 5 of their six game series. One night after the TinCaps threw a combined no-hitter, Dylan Lesko matched his Minor League Baseball career high with nine strikeouts, but the Great Lakes Loons (Dodgers affiliate) defeated Fort Wayne, 7-4, on Saturday night at Dow Diamond.

Apple Mountain Golf Club hosting 10th GAM Super Senior Championship
FREELAND – Apple Mountain Golf Club, a host of several GAM tournaments in recent years, will welcome some of them back when the 10th GAM Super Senior Championship is hosted by the popular course Monday and Tuesday, July 15-16. A field of 80 GAM golfers ages 65-and-over will compete in the 36-hole stroke play championship, which crowns an overall Super Senior champion and presents a Legends Division for golfers ages 70-and-over. In addition, a Grand Legend award is presented to the player over age 75 with the lowest score.
