Does it Feel Like Springtime to Anyone Else?

Cool summer temps and nice afternoon showers, it feels like springtime to me!

36 Hr. Temperature Trend:

• Average temperatures for the last few days have been lower 80s, and after some rain showers Sunday morning, temperatures only got up to upper 70s.
• That trend continues for another couple days!

Monday High Temperatures:

• Monday morning starts off in the mid 60s for our low temp, but warms up to mid 80s for the central and northern counties and upper 70s for our southeastern counties.

Upper Level Flow:

• We do have a relatively unsettled pattern that is bringing us brief shower chances over the next couple of days.
• A high pressure located over the Western States, a low pressure in the far Northeast, and we are squished in-between.

Upcoming Showers:

• A brief period of light showers in Bella Vista, Bentonville and surrounding areas Monday early afternoon.
• Showers start to move into Yates Center late morning on Tuesday and more isolated showers start creeping into the southeast early in the afternoon.

7 Day Forecast:

• Outside of our rainy Tuesday, the rest of the week is pretty calm.
• Temperatures slowly starting to warm up from low 80s to low 90s by the weekend.
• Overnight lows are remaining in the mid 60s for most of the week.
