BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J. — The Berkeley Heights Recreation Summer Concert Series continues with a nostalgic twist as Super Trans Am, a popular 70s cover band, takes the stage on Wednesday, July 31. The concert, set for 7 to 8:30 p.m. at The Grove, 200 Connell Drive, promises an evening filled with classic tunes and community spirit. Attendees should bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.
The event will highlight First Responders Appreciation Night, offering residents a chance to express their gratitude to local heroes. Members of the Berkeley Heights Police Department, along with volunteers from the Fire Department and Rescue Squad, will be in attendance with their vehicles on display for the community to visit.
For those looking to enjoy a bite while soaking in the music, the Grain and Cane food truck will be on site, offering a special concert menu to satisfy a variety of tastes. Families can look forward to a lively atmosphere with activities for children, including face painting and a bounce house.
The event is made possible through the generous support of numerous sponsors. Presenting sponsors for the Summer Concert Series include Round Table, Fiserv, and Paul Ippolito Memorial.
