BERKELEY, Mo. – Investigators with the Berkeley Police Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating three people who committed an armed carjacking over the weekend.

According to Major Steve Runge, a police spokesman, the carjacking happened on Saturday, just before 3 p.m., in the 6400 block of Evergreen Boulevard.

Runge said one of the three individuals ordered the victim out of his vehicle, a 2014 Mercedes E-350, at gunpoint. The victim complied and the trio drove off in the stolen Mercedes.

Investigators later found surveillance video in the area showing the three suspects.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspects is asked to contact the Berkeley Police Department at 314-524-3311.
