Indictment against Pittsfield murder suspect upheld
A judge in Berkshire County has denied a request to dismiss a case against a murder suspect in Pittsfield. Prosecutors found enough evidence to support a murder indictment against Naquan Miller. Miller is one of four men accused of killing Reymon Delacruz-Batista, 32, back in 2021, according to NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle.
