Woman Sentenced For Federal Weapons Crimes
(Jamestown, ND) — A Jamestown woman has been sentenced to 8 years in prison for federal weapons crimes. Investigators say April Bergman traded meth for guns that were stolen from a Jamestown business. She was arrested and charged with firearms trafficking and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and she pleaded guilty back in March. Bergman will also have to complete three years of supervised release after her prison sentence.
