FULTON — The Fulton Police Department is investigating the death of a 19-year-old male after responding to a shots fired call Tuesday afternoon. According to a post on the Fulton Police Department Facebook page, officers responded to a report of shots fired shortly after 1 p.m. in the 1200 block of Kathy Street.
