Chambersburg man denied bail after allegedly shooting man twice at Wayne Ave hotel
20 August 2024- A dozen charges are being levied against a Chambersburg man after an incident on Tuesday that involved a firearm. Chambersburg PD have charged WD Craig Jackson with felony attempted homicide, two felony counts of attempts to cause significant bodily injury with extreme indifference, seven counts of misdemeanor reckless endangerment, felony possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and felony firearm carried without a license. WD Jackson was denied bail by MDJ Glenn Manns, citing that “no bail conditions available to ensure the safety of the victim or the community.”
