According to the original research, the national personal savings rate has decreased from 20% in 2020 to 3.8% as of January 2024. Police identify driver in deadly 18-wheeler crash in Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Baton Rouge Police identified the driver who was killed in an 18-wheeler crash on I-10 East Monday morning. According to police, Jamoliddin Tokhirov, 38, was driving a 2022 Freightliner Semi Tractor headed east on I-10, near the Highland Road exit. Investigators said for unknown reasons, the tractor-trailer hit the inside concrete barrier and traveled across multiple lanes before hitting the concrete guardrail and the outside guardrail.
