Missing Orem man’s case now deemed suspicious
OREM, Utah July 23, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are now calling the case of an Orem man missing more than a week “suspicious.”. Orem Police detectives have issued a new alert on David Roe, 48, who went missing Monday, July 15. Roe’s online blog that day indicated “he was in the South Salt Lake area that day handing out cash and Gatorade as an act of goodwill.”

Woman run over after exiting moving vehicle in Murray 'not expected to survive'
MURRAY, Utah (KUTV) — A woman was hospitalized and is not expected to survive after exiting a moving vehicle during a police pursuit that ended in a crash, authorities said. This incident unfolded on Tuesday, July 23, when Murray Police officers witnessed a black Chevrolet truck heading southbound on State Street near 4600 South that seemed to be having issues. One officer began following the vehicle in an attempt to conduct a traffic stop to see if the driver needed assistance.
