MONROE, CT (WFSB) - A 2-year-old boy was shot in Monroe on Tuesday, according to police. The child suffered wounds to the hand and foot. Police said they were called to the intersection of Route 110 and Osborn Lane around 9:10 p.m. on Tuesday. The injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
