LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WKRC) - A Kentucky skyscraper was repossessed after the owners defaulted on a $28 million loan. According to WHAS-TV, the 26-story Meidinger Tower in Louisville, Kentucky was repossessed after the Wilmington Trust National Association filed a June lawsuit in Jefferson County Circuit Court. The lender's lawsuit accused the owners of the skyscraper of failing to make a monthly payment of $142,204.82 last November, also alleging that the owners have had failed to make a payment in any subsequent month, per the station.

FBI says two former WKU students were terrorists
Two former Western Kentucky University students became ISIS terrorist recruits and trained in Syria while attending the Bowling Green school, according to court records. One of the then-students issued a warning in an email to WKU in June 2015 after he left the U.S. saying, in part: "In sha Allah [God willing] when we conquer the U.S. I will look for you." This was disclosed in the federal court case of the students' associate, Mirsad Hariz Adem Ramic, filed in the Western District of Kentucky. The floor inside Crawford Hart Gymnasium at Bethlehem High School has gotten a facelift. Just in time for volleyball season to start in a few weeks and basketball season in November, the hardwood court was updated for the first time in around two decades.
