Three family members dead in Windham crash
WINDHAM — Three members of the same family died in a crash Saturday afternoon in the Catskill Mountains. The crash happened at about 4:45 p.m. on state Route 23 near Cross Road in Windham, according to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office. Dennis Hitchcock, 76, of Windham, was driving a Buick SUV heading east when it collided with a westbound Chevrolet Silverado driven by Dennis Rodriguez, 59, of nearby Jewett, the sheriff’s office said.
