BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. — A Rensselaer man recently pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Saratoga County District Attorney Karen Heggen announced that Thomas R. 19-year-old carried sawed-off, loaded shotgun in pouch, Troy police said
TROY — A 19-year-old city man has been arrested for illegally possessing a sawed-off, loaded shotgun that he carried in a cross-body pouch, city police said Monday. The arrest occurred in the area of Third and Congress streets on July 13 when officers attempted to interview the man, who fled on a bicycle, police said. He was captured nearby.
