New vegan cafe officially opening Tuesday in Columbia on North Main Street
The City of Columbia Office of Business Opportunities announced that More Vegan Cafe, is set to officially open downtown on North Main Street this week. The new vegan eatery is located at 4622 North Main Street and will offer plant-based dishes infused with Italian, Caribbean, American, and Asian influences. More Vegan Cafe has been open since March; however, city officials have scheduled its official grand opening and ribbon-cutting press conference at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - Deputies arrested three men after investigating a report of contraband packages being thrown over a fence at FCI Williamsburg last week. Luther J’Quan Antonio Brown, 28, of North Charleston; Dontae Daniel Royal, 25, of Columbia; and Lamont Terell Smalls, 27, of North Charleston, are each charged with furnishing contraband to an inmate, according to Investigator Jalisa Brown.
