Multiple outlets confirmed “Bennifer” was trying to sell the expansive abode quietly, and then it appeared on Zillow, per the Daily Mail , which speculated that new photos of the property were taken sometime in early June 2024. The couple is reportedly working with realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency, founded by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky, sources told TMZ on June 8.

Sources told TMZ that the asking price for the 12 bedroom, 24 bathroom home is around $65,000,000, which after brokers fees, capital gains tax, etc, the couple stands to lose millions of dollars. Apparently no buyer has been found yet, but it’s early days.

InTouch Weekly was the first to report that Ben and Jen were seemingly headed for divorce. “The writing is on the wall— it’s over . Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted.”

Another source told Us Weekly that the two are trying to work it out and that divorce is not on the table, but they are having frequent arguments. “Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage,” the insider disclosed, adding that it started “a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour.”
