A Beverly Hills home built by Jack Bellin, Marlon Brando’s stuntman, is hitting the market for $2.9 million.

The gated residence, at 9924 Beverly Grove Dr., is near LeBron James’ new estate, which is currently under construction, said listing broker Stefano Zoccatelli of Nest Seekers International.

The home first hit the market for $5.8 million with broker and TV personality Alexia Umansky of the Agency in 2022. (Her father, Mauricio Umansky, is co-founder of the brokerage.)

He made his film debut in “One-eyed Jacks,” a 1961 Western that Brando starred in. It was also the only film that Brando ever directed, following Stanley Kubrick’s withdrawal, and it was Oscar-nominated for cinematography.

Bellin, who often traveled with Brando, was so taken with the star’s private island resort lodge in Tahiti, Tetiaroa, that he drew inspiration from it when building his own home.

At 1,554 square feet, the dwelling features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its tour de force is an indoor pool surrounded by trees. There’s also a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to that pool area and wide city views. The home, which is perched on a knoll overlooking LA, sits on 0.41 acres.

The seller is a tech investor who bought the property directly from Bellin in 1971 for $72,500 — about $572,300 today.
