Wildfire Burns an Estimated 150 Acres Near Asotin County Landfill
CLARKSTON - Firefighters from across the Lewis Clark Valley attacked a wind driven wildland fire on Thursday just west of the Clarkston Heights. Asotin County Fire District #1 firefighters were called just after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday afternoon for a fire spreading fast just off Amity Lane near Evans Road and Peola Road, near the Asotin County Landfill.
First court appearance set for suspect in 2021 College Hill shooting
PULLMAN - On September 25, 2021, a man was shot and killed on College Hill, in Pullman Washington, and another man was shot and injured. Later that day George Harris III was arrested for Assault in the Second Degree. A comprehensive and intensive investigation was conducted by the Pullman Police Department. However, due to the nature and complexity of the evidence it took time for the case to fully develop. The man who was shot and injured has been uncooperative with law enforcement and no charges will be brought in relation to his injuries.

LEWISTON - A Lenore man was arrested and booked into the Nez Perce County Jail this week after he was accused of inappropriately touching a child on multiple occasions. Man Dies After Head-On Collision With Semi on Southern Idaho Interstate
JEROME - Idaho State Police are investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred Wednesday night on Interstate 84 in southern Idaho, near Wendell, in Gooding County.
