BOISE - A former horse racetrack in Ada County is set to transform into a modern park with the help of federal funds. By December, Ada County could begin converting the Les Bois horse racetrack and surrounding facilities into a multi-use park, according to a press release from Ada County. Set for completion in 2026, the park — named “The Park at Expo” — will span 50 acres along the Boise River.

Pullman – The Pullman Police Department, in collaboration with the FBI Seattle, is urgently seeking public assistance in locating Seraya Aung Harmon, a two-year-old girl who has been missing since May 29, 2024. The child was last seen with her father, Aaron Daniel Aung, 21, of Moscow, Idaho. Authorities believe Aung may be traveling with Nadia Cole, 21, a former resident of Pullman, Washington, who was also reported missing on the same day.

18-Year-Old Pleads Guilty To Leading Local WSP Troopers On Dangerous High Speed Chase
PULLMAN - An 18-year-old has pleaded guilty to leading local Washington State Patrol Troopers on a dangerous high speed car chase. Mikey Taylor pleaded guilty as charged Friday to felony attempted eluding in Whitman County Superior Court. Judge Gary Libey agreed with Prosecutor Denis Tracy’s recommendation and sentenced Taylor to the time he already spent in jail which was 17 days. Tracy recommended the credit for time served sentence since Taylor has no prior criminal convictions.
19-Year-Old Accused Of Biting Her Infant Nephew In Pullman Pleads Guilty As Charged
PULLMAN - The 19-year-old woman accused of biting and assaulting her infant nephew in Pullman has pleaded guilty as charged. Tia Brown pleaded guilty to felony 2nd degree child assault in Whitman County Superior Court. Brown was arrested in December by Pullman Police for biting and assaulting the six month old boy while she was babysitting him. The baby was treated at Pullman Regional Hospital for bites and bruises. Brown was intoxicated when she assaulted the child. She is set to be sentenced next month.
