BOISE — Changes could be coming to the Boise River Greenbelt, as Ada County is proposing a 10 mph speed limit on the popular local bike trail and pathway. Hayden Man Granted Probation After Threatening Violence With Deadly Weapon
COEUR D'ALENE - Following a two-day jury trial that concluded on April 2, 2024, 49-year-old, Angelo D. Hunter, was found guilty of one count of Aggravated Assault, with a Deadly Weapon enhancement. The charge stemmed from a threat Hunter made to the maintenance man of the apartment he lived in and a subsequent stand-off with officers in November of 2023. Hunter was sentenced on June 20, 2024.

Pullman man Accused of Trying to kill Moscow man Pleads not Guilty
COLFAX - The 38-year-old Pullman man accused of trying to kill a Moscow man has pleaded not guilty. Cesar Marmolejos entered the plea to attempted 2nd-degree murder during his arraignment Friday in Whitman County Superior Court. Marmolejos is accused of stabbing a 22-year-old Moscow man at the Sunset Mart in Pullman on Monday afternoon. If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life in prison. Marmolejos remains in the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office Jail in Colfax on a 750,000 dollars no-cash bond.
