Crime Reports: Abilene resident arrives home to find burglars inside

A known suspect was on the victim’s property after being warned of criminal trespass.

600 block of Crestwood Drive – Assault Family Violence
A report was taken for assault family violence at the Abilene police station.

800 block of Woodlawn Drive – Theft of Motor Vehicle
A victim reported his clothing was stolen overnight.

1500 block of Sir Thopas Court – Assault Family Violence
A report for injury to elderly was taken in south Abilene.

4500 block of S 1st Street – Terroristic Threat Cause Fear of Imminent SBI
A victim stated she was threatened by a known suspect.

1900 block of Denton Street – Theft of Property
A license plate was reported stolen.

200 block of W Overland Trail – Theft of Property
Lottery tickets worth $375 were reported stolen from a convenience store.

4600 block of Coachlight Road – Failure to Identify
A suspect was arrested for failure to identify at a domestic disturbance.

1100 block of Clinton Street – Criminal Mischief
A report was taken for criminal mischief in north Abilene.

500 block of Locust Street – Theft of Property
A victim reported her ex-boyfriend stole tools, medication, clothing and more.

4600 block of Coachlight Road – Assault Family Violence
An assault family violence report was taken in north Abilene.

3300 block of Ambler Avenue – Criminal Mischief
A report was taken for criminal mischief at a north Abilene business.

A victim reported his girlfriend assaulted him, causing him pain.

2100 block of W Stamford Street – Assault Family Violence
A victim reported her boyfriend punched her in the arm, causing her pain.

200 block of Chapel Hill Road- Burglary of Habitation
A victim reported a suspect entered a residence and assaulted them.

3100 block of S 6th Street – Burglary of Habitation
A cello and drill were reported stolen during a burglary.

1300 block of Barrow Street – Forgery Government/National Institution/Money/Security
A report for forgery was taken at a south Abilene business.

2300 block of Impact Drive – Criminal Trespass
Police responded to a north Abilene location in reference to a disturbance in progress.

800 block of Ambler Avenue – Theft of Property
A suspect was arrested for stealing several items from Family Dollar.

1300 block of Cedar Crest Drive – Assault Impede Breath
Police responded to a disturbance in progress in north Abilene.

4100 block of Ridgemont Drive – Violation of Bond/Protective Order
A violation of protective order and assault family violence reports were taken in south Abilene.
