Hawaii state needs laws with out loop holes for all dog not to be running around on the street by them selves ‼️‼️‼️‼️😖all dogs out side of owners’ properties must be on leashes with owners holding the leashes and all dogs must to be confined in owners’ properties with fences or in a enclosures ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️😤👍🙏 it’ll be the owners’ responsibilities to endure their dogs can’t escape from their enclosures‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️some dogs are escape artists😖😖😖😤☺️ sad for your family loss🙏😢 can’t blame the dogs when it’s the owners’ fault. Dogs paid the prices ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️😖😖😖😤🤬🤬😭🙏
