WellSpan York Hospital hosted EMS Skills Day
YORK, Pa. (WHTM) — York County Fire Training School hosted its annual EMS Skills Day last Wednesday. In this event, medical students and new doctors at WellSpan York Hospital participate in training exercises to be prepared to help patients get to the ER in the best shape possible. The purpose is to have useful conversations with emergency workers treating patients on their way to the hospital to learn what is and isn’t possible in the field.

LONGSWAMP TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM)– Pennsylvania State Police say a man fell victim to a gift card scam for a year, losing thousands of dollars. State Police in Reading say they were investigating a theft by deception when an Alburtis man in his 70s reported a possible scam on July 1.
