    MS Coast running back’s incredible effort leads Sun Herald list of Week 4’s top performers

    Here are the top performers from around the Coast in Week 4.

    • Jairon Brown, D’Iberville: Brown had 11 tackles, two tackles for loss and a sack in a 21-7 loss to Pascagoula.
    • Trey Irving, Gautier: Irving was responsible for five touchdowns, two through the air and three on the ground in a 48-33 win over Moss Point.
    • Cooper Crosby, Gulfport: Crosby ran for 243 yards and three touchdowns on just 10 carries in the 41-21 win over Picayune.
    • Dakoreyon Payton, Gulfport: Payton ran for 173 yards and two touchdowns and caught five passes for 75 yards.
    • Dane Sullivan, Gulfport: Sullivan completed 16 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown.
    • Andre Peters, Gulfport: Peters led the Admirals with 17 tackles and now has 37 stops over his last two games.
    • D’Solomon Stallion, Gulfport: Stallion had 15 tackles and three tackles for loss for the Admirals.
    • Bryant Ausmer, Ocean Springs: Ausmer had four tackles for loss and two sacks in a 49-16 win over Natchez.
    • Eric Johnson, Ocean Springs: Johnson had an interception and a 49-yard scoop-and-score.
    • Bryhsen Smith, Ocean Springs: Smith scored a rushing touchdown and a kickoff return touchdown for the Greyhounds.
    • Qorday Russell, Pearl River Central: Russell threw for 120 yards and a score while rushing for another 85 yards and two touchdowns in a 41-28 loss to Poplarville.
    • Amarie Jackson, Pascagoula: Jackson scored three touchdowns for the Panthers in the win over D’Iberville.
    • Tylan Wilson, Pascagoula: Wilson recorded his 11th career interception, moving him into second all time in school history.
    • Jacquez Alexander-Dedeaux, Pass Christian: Alexander-Dedeaux ran for 164 yards and scored four rushing touchdowns in a 47-10 win over St. Stanislaus.
    • Matthew Daniely, Pass Christian: Daniely caught five passes for 102 yards and a touchdown.
    • Paris Trivillion, Pass Christian: Trivillion threw for 139 yards and two touchdowns and added 35 rushing yards.
    • Eli Seal, Poplarville: Seal led the Hornets with 12 total tackles in the win against Pearl River Central.
    • Evan Noel, St. Stanislaus: Noel kicked a state-record 61-yard field goal for the Rock-a-Chaws in the loss to Pass Christian.
    • Kevin Marshall, St. Martin: Marshall ran for 153 yards and a touchdown and threw for 137 yards and another score in the 28-15 loss to Stone.
    • Jayden Collins, Stone: Collins had 51 receiving yards, a 69-yard rushing touchdown, seven tackles, one tackle for loss, one pass breakup and one interception in the win over the Yellow Jackets.
    • Hunter Harper, Vancleave: Harper ran for 134 yards in a 27-24 win over George County.
    • Kyle Capers, Vancleave: Capers rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns for the Bulldogs.
    • Jordan Stapleton, West Harrison: Stapleton rushed for 168 yards and a touchdown in a 55-0 win over Bay High. He also caught a 35-yard touchdown pass.
    • Kaiden Miller, West Harrison: Miller picked up 73 rushing yards and two touchdowns on just four carries.
    • Trey Harris, West Harrison: Harris ran for 67 yards and two touchdowns for the Hurricanes.
